I've only just managed to catch up with your blog again after reading your comment a long, long time ago about anxiety. This beautifully passionate project is such a wonderful idea. I am all for promoting good mental, physical and spiritual health and--to be honest--I wish I had realised this a few years ago. It's hard, isn't it? To start. But this idea is so inspiring and something I really, really needed to see this week.
